Japan budget carrier Vanilla flies to HCM City

Vanilla Air, the low-cost airline owned by Japan''s ANA Holdings Inc., launched its first flight from HCM City to Tokyo (Narita Airport) via Taipei (Tao Yuan Airport) on September 15.
